 SCRUBBERS

Industrial equipment in composite and thermoplastic materials

 

The Venturi Scrubbers make it possible to reduce dusts and acid micro-pollutants which are usually present in gaseous currents. Mostly present in chemical and pharmaceutical industries, micro-electronic systems, for waste treatment, are subject to intense corrosion phenomenon.

The CMA Scrubbers (made of epoxy vinyl ester resins and fibreglass, thermoplastics, etc…), they are able to combine the typical features of composite structures (lightness, high level mechanical characteristics, etc…) with the prerogatives of steel, in particular, resistance to medium-high temperatures.

The CMA of VED handles design, construction, in situ installation, tightening of flanges, supply and assembly of the ancillary connection lines and all necessary support to scrubber deployment.
